Product Replacement or Returns

Please return defective items for replacement or refund. If you want to return an item please contact us for a (Return Material Authorization) RMA tracking number. You will need to provide the unit's serial number (if applicable), your return shipping address, and a daytime telephone number.

The client can make a legal claim in the case of:

Whenever a discrepancy with the contract

According to the Directive on the sale of consumer goods and associated guarantees shall be deemed that the goods conform with the contract if they:

(A) comply with the description given by the seller and possess the qualities of goods which the seller has provided the consumer as a sample or model;

(B) are suitable for any particular purpose for which the consumer requires them and which he informed the seller at the time of conclusion of the contract and which the seller has accepted;

(C) are suitable for the purposes for which they are commonly used products of the same type;

(D) show the quality and performance which are normal in goods of the same type and which the consumer can reasonably expect, given the nature of the goods and taking into account any public statements on the specific characteristics of the goods made by the seller, the producer or his representative , and in particular on advertising or labeling.

In all other cases, such as if the client purchases a product he/she does not measure or taste, or is a gift that is not appropriate - he/she can not refer to the legal right to claim.

In case we need to return you money for paid to us with a card contracted or delivered / performed goods or services, we will refund you by a credit transaction on the card used for the original purchase.
