Customer bear the entire risk of damage / loss of the goods on delivery.Immediately after delivery of the goods by the courier dealer, "VIVA" shall be exempt from the risk which is transferred to the client. "VIVA" is not responsible for delay in case the delay is due to a courier or other provider.
Immediately after delivery, the goods should be reviewed carefully by the client or authorized person. Any damage, strokes and other damage should be reported immediately to the merchant. In case it is detected damages that occur in the transportation of the goods, the "VIVA" is not responsible for warranty service on this product. In cases where "VIVA" is set in writing specific date and time for delivery, the statement is binding. When referred to a false or wrong address, contact person and / or phone in filing "VIVA" is not bound by any obligation to perform the contract.
Upon delivery of the goods the client or third person sign the accompanying documents. A third party is anyone who is not the holder of the application, but accepts the goods on delivery and is specified by the customer address.
Upon refusal to receive the goods out of the cases described below, the refusal is considered to be unfounded and the Client owes payment the costs of delivery and return of goods. If the customer is not found within the time of delivery at the address or not access and conditions for delivery of the goods within this period, "VIVA" is released from its obligation to deliver the goods for purchase.
Where the goods supplied does not correspond to the stated purchase goods from the Customer and may be determined by an ordinary review. The client may want delivered goods to be replaced by corresponding made by him for purchase within 24 hours of receipt.
